Does Tomogi have a web version?
Tomogi is only available as a mobile application at the moment. Tomogi team concentrates all the efforts into launching Tomogi App in web version soon.
Can I create a business account from my personal account?
Yes, all the personal account are able to create business profiles. Moreover, all accounts must be created by a person with a personal Tomogi profile prior to creating a business account.
Why should I join Tomogi?
If you are a customer, Tomogi helps you have all the listings of the nearby shops on the application. It encourages a personalized relationship between the business and customers, and hence trust on the quality of the products. If you represent a business, use Tomogi to reach the goal of building more personal and long-term relationships with the local customers. How can I increase my radius?
Tomogi has 3 radius plans. Every user receives a FREE plan when downloading the App, and the other two – Premium and Gold can be easily purchased inside the application. To choose a different radius plan, click Settings – Radius – Increase.
Is Tomogi available in other languages?
Tomogi is only available in English and can be used in more than 170 countries. However, Tomogi will further be available in more language versions.
If I travel to a different country, can I change my location?
Yes, if you move to a different neighborhood, city, or country, you can change your location in the app. Go to settings – location – change.
I represent a local business; How can I create an account for my business?
Firstly, you need a user account on Tomogi which allows you to easily create a business account, offer discounts, interact with your customers, and increase profitability.
I want to sell items from my garage, do I need a business account?
You do not need a business account to sell products or services! If users want to sell or buy products second hand, they must use the TOMOGI TIMELINE.
It allows users to interact without a business account, selling or buying products from their neighbors.
Who can see my Tomogi stories?
Tomogi Stories are available worldwide. Therefore, every user of Tomogi can see stories posted on the story timeline.
Can I post a job offer for my business on the Tomogi profile?
Yes! All businesses are able to post their job offers and their job description. HR managers can review CVs of interested people, as well as advertise for the job in order to get a higher application rate.
Does Tomogi contain unsolicited ads?
Tomogi policy protects its users against aggressive advertising.
Can I boost my posts on Tomogi?
No, such feature is not available on Tomogi. However, users are able to create content on Tomogi and share it to interest groups.
